Natalya's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, business and contract disputes, and appellate work. She is committed to providing high-quality legal services to clients, and from 2016 through 2022, was recognized annually as a Southwest Super Lawyer Rising Star in the Arizona legal community by Super Lawyers®. In 2021 and 2022, she was also named in the Best Lawyers in America, Ones to Watch category.
The objective in every case is positioning clients to achieve their desired objectives in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Natalya has experience litigating a variety of cases, and has represented individual and corporate clients during each phase of a legal proceeding. In addition to handling all aspects of a commercial litigation case, her background includes successfully defending and prosecuting appeals, representing licensed mental health professionals before State regulatory boards, and helping clients navigate complex family law proceedings.
Natalya graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University before attending the Arizona State University College of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal. After graduating, she completed a clerkship in Division One of the Arizona Court of Appeals, and subsequently entered private practice.
Natalya currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Voices for CASA Children, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing meaningful support, training, and resources to the Court Appointed Special Advocate volunteers (CASAs) who improve the experience of children in Arizona's foster care system.
